This privacy policy applies to the Gymbai app (hereby referred to as the "Application") for mobile devices that was created by Gymbai (hereby referred to as the "Service Provider") as a Freemium service. This service is intended for use "AS IS".
→ Information Collection and Use
The Application collects information when you download and use it. This information may include:
- Your device's Internet Protocol address (e.g. IP address)
- The pages of the Application that you visit, the time and date of your visit, and the time spent on those pages
- The total time spent using the Application
- The operating system of your mobile device
The Application does not gather precise information about the location of your mobile device. However, it may collect approximate location to:
- Geolocation Services: Provide personalized content, relevant recommendations, and location-based services.
- Analytics and Improvements: Analyze user behavior, identify trends, and improve overall functionality.
- Third-Party Services: Periodically transmit anonymized location data to external services for enhancing and optimizing the Application.

- Training experience

Only aggregated, anonymized data is periodically transmitted to third parties to help improve the Application and its services. The Application uses the following third-party services, each governed by its own privacy policy:
- Google Play Services
- RevenueCat
The Service Provider may disclose information:
- As required by law (e.g. subpoena, legal process)
- To protect rights, user safety, or investigate fraud
- To trusted service providers working on their behalf under strict confidentiality

You can stop all information collection by uninstalling the Application via your device's standard uninstall processes or the app marketplace.

The Service Provider retains user-provided data as long as you use the Application and for a reasonable time afterward.

The Application does not target or knowingly collect information from children under 13.
